Percy graduated his law subject at the Johann Woflgang Goethe University in Frankfurt. And then he practised his legal career in San Francisco, USA in the law office Georgopolous & Pahlavan. He used to the Legal Director of US- based “OGI Holding Corp”, Northport, Alabama.

In 2018, Percy graduated as Data Protection Officer (Germany and EU). He is practising the law at Viclaw Vietnam.
