The common theme has been to leverage Mo’s ability to recognize and know how to create opportunity at an early stage. Through his adolescence, Mo put on rock concerts, and other promotional vehicles. After his indoctrination period as a developer in IT organizations, Mo began what has turned out to be a lifelong passion, of matching need with opportunity in technology, and telecommunications.
SELECT ACCOMPLISHMENTS
• Extensive experience starting up new operations. Hired as lead to launch the Carrier business in numerous markets, including Competing/Selling/Installing over 10,000 Cell Sites and over 24 Switching offices.
• A nose for business and “good revenue”. A methodical approach to the sales funnel has led to exceeding annual sales targets for 24 out of 27 years.
• Successful track record with Start-Up as well as Billion dollar corporations.
• Achieved consistent telecom sales performance of as much as $150M in annual sales.
• Selected for President’s Club 2005-2008 for Top 25 performance within a national sales team of over 2000 sales professionals.
• Developed the “Cell Tower Backhaul” model, and recruited early adopters such as Verizon, T-Mobile, and Cox Communications. Created the financial model which launched the Cell-Tower segment in cable, a Multi-Billion Dollar market. A model still in use today.
• Spearheaded market development for leading edge data storage management software and Video-on-Demand equipment for PTT’s in Korea, Israel, China, Taiwan, etc.
• Consistently displayed an aggressive entrepreneurial spirit, evidenced by selling in new markets and launching start-up activities.
• Supremely technical, with a wide and vast understanding of the Telecommunications and Technology markets. Work well with Sales Engineers, but do not require one.
• A proven ability to “cold call” at C-Level decision makers and build long-lasting relationships.
